The Pharmacology Core Facility offers analytical and biochemical services. Analytical services include HPLC assays for drugs in biological fluids and method development. Biochemical services include isolation of blood components (plasma ultrafiltrate, granulocytes, lymphocytes). Biochemical core also offers pharmacological assays (HPLC/spectral analysis), assessment of markers of drug resistance (AGT analysis, DPD, GST and GSH analysis) and collection of tumor specimens including isolation of DNA and RNA.
